DataPA version 3.01.0192 onwards support all Progress AppServer operating modes. Prior to this version, DataPA will connect to AppServers running in in the following operating modes:
- Stateless
- State-Aware
- State-Reset
DataPA recomends AppServers are configured as Stateless for DataPA, as this will provide the best performance. DataPA supports all versions of Progress AppServer from version 9.1D onwards. Some of the earlier versions of the AppServer will require the latest Progress patch installed for DataPA to function correctly.
