Applicable Versions: 5.0 and above.

The agent count should be reset with the installation of a new licence, in some scenarios a restart of IIS is required. In this situation the following steps should be carried out.

1. Stop the DataPA Service

2. Stop IIS

3. Restart IIS

4. Restart the DataPA Service.
