After DataPA has been uninstalled (or when you have upgraded to DataPA Version 6.0) you might still receive errors in Excel due to the fact that Excel is still trying loading the DataPA Excel Add-In.

To resolve this each user in Excel who is receiving these error needs to follow the steps below:

For versions of Microsoft Excel up to and including Excel 2003:

1. Start up Microsoft Excel.

2. From the menu select Tools and then Add-Ins.

3. From the list of add-ins uncheck DataPA and select OK.

For Microsoft Excel 2007:

1. Start up Microsoft Excel.

2. Select the Office Button in the top left hand corner and from the menu select Excel Options.

3. Select Add-Ins from the list on the left and then select the Go button.

4. From the list of add-ins uncheck DataPA and select OK.

For Microsoft Excel 2013/2016:

1. Start up Microsoft Excel.
2. Select Options from the File Menu
3. Select Add-Ins from the list on the left and then set the Manage drop Down to Excel Add-ins and select the Go button .

4. From the list of add-ins uncheck 'DataPA' and 'Query Parameter Wizard and select OK.
